This is probably one of those browser war issues. The links work in Internet Explorer but not in Netscape (and by extension Mozilla Foxfire.) Something in the formatting is keeping Netscape from recognizing the links. Unfortunately, my knowledge stops there and I don't have any quick fixes for you.
