Oh yeah. I recognized "Cemetary Polka" instantly, and the opening lines of "Time" at the end were a really nice touch. I think there was some other familiar Tom Waits reference there but I can't really point my finger at any particular song at the moment, since I've only recently become a fan of his, now going on my third year, and can't really remember his lyrics by heart just yet. But, anyway... perhaps your suggestion of his being more popular in Europe than in the US only would mean that perhaps us Europeans have a better general taste in music...?
Oh, and another thing about TW. I remember reading another, a bit altered line from TW's "Jockey Full of Bourbon" in some other P&P fanfiction, which goes in his song something like this: "Hey little bird, fly away home - Your house is on fire and your children are alone." Could this originate from some wicked nursery rhyme? It would most certainly not be the first rather depressing one I've heard if so.
Apart from that, having now read the other two entries from the Bachelors' Club, I enjoyed the Wickham bit as well, and I remember reading the "Water and Machines" bit, or something very similar, in your S&S story. Or perhaps my memory fails me? "Easy Darcy" I don't remember reading before - I think I must have originally really gotten into your fanfiction stuff just before Elizabeth arrived in Rosefarm, so it must have escaped my notice before this re-release. But hey, good stuff.
