They left faster then I thought they would! I have to admit, I was hoping that something would happen to stop them. (It's not too late! I'm quite in favor of Sylwia's suggestion of the broken wheel ;))
D seems to be floundering quite a bit around E, and as aggravatingly arrogant as he can be, I'm still enjoying it! And is it wrong of me to enjoy when she shows him up? or at least proves his assumptions are off the mark?

I can't wait for the ball. I'm hoping (hopefully not futilely) that Darcy at least defends himself somewhat against Wickham. And will Elizabeth (and us too, for that matter) have to put up with Collins?
